Houndbiotic is an online store operated by YALEO LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Houndbiotic.
30-day returns
You can return unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats and pet supplements can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, expired or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping costs. You do not pay return postage in these cases.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item, or immediately after we approve a claim for a faulty or damaged item. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us.
Statutory rights
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, for unopened items in their original sealed packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
