How we work

- Clear information: each product page shows the manufacturer's product information. Always read the label before use.
- Delivery: Free standard shipping on every order delivered to the United Kingdom or the United States; orders to other countries carry a flat £16 (USD 20) international shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and tracking is sent by email.
- Returns: 30-day returns on unopened items, and free replacement or refund for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy.
