Does Houndbiotic offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on every order delivered to the United Kingdom or the United States; orders to other countries carry a flat £16 (USD 20) international shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery within the UK usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch; other countries usually 7–21 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

What does Houndbiotic sell?

Houndbiotic sells pet supplies for dogs and cats: probiotics and gut health, supplements, food and treats, toys, grooming, flea and tick care, beds, collars and leads, bowls and travel gear from established pet brands.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. We sell genuine, sealed products in the manufacturer's original packaging, sourced through established supply partners.

Is Houndbiotic the official store of the brands it sells?

No. Houndbiotic is an independent retailer operated by YALEO LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell.

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and the wallets shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Are pet supplements a replacement for veterinary care?

No. Pet supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your vet before starting a supplement, especially if your pet has a health condition or takes medication.
